Senja does testimonials properly, including video, and this is the comparison on this site where the competitor most clearly wins on the surface itself.

Where we are worth a look anyway
Senja is $29/mo for one project and two seats — very close to our Starter price, for one of the six things we do. If you also want a feedback button, a CSAT survey, a changelog and a roadmap, the comparison stops being Senja versus us and becomes four subscriptions versus one.
The one thing we do differently on testimonials themselves is consent: it is required at submission and stored with the quote, and the wording can never be edited afterwards. You approve it or you do not. That matters if you intend to put customer words on a pricing page.
